Not really. I mean, I thought that story line was a little over-the-top but my biggest problem is that the writers don’t seem to employ any sort of continuity. The story lines aren’t usually that impressive and the way they choose to create drama is to just jump back and forth between things or to rehash conflicts that we’ve already seen play out in some way (i.e. Blair and Chuck’s on-and-off relationship, whether or not Blair and Dan are ever going to get together, etc). I just want the writers to commit to something and then create more meaningful conflicts out of those commitments. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy the show for the most part but the main reason I keep up with it is just because I want to know what’s going to happen.
gossip girl is the most reckless and irresponsible show i have ever seen
it takes a sadistic instructor to have a 73 page reading assignment due on the first day of class

A “knot” ring. The ring symbolizes a knot that is not quite tied yet, but has all intentions of being tied. A promise ring.
